The Club
Founded in 1928 to provide a meeting and luncheon place for women, the Clubhouse at 16 East Hamilton Street, in Historic Mt. Vernon Place, is a simple but charming 19th century former stable. Located in the historical core of the city, the club is within walking distance of major cultural institutions such as The Walters Art Museum, the Maryland Historic Society, the Peabody Conservatory, The Enoch Pratt Library and Center Stage. The Hamilton Street Club continues to attract culturally and intellectually aware women with a wide range of professional and volunteer interests and accomplishments.
