Membership Info
We welcome new members of all ages, backgrounds and experiences! The Membership Committee is always available to answer questions and help with the process.
Membership in the Hamilton Street Club is by invitation. Current annual dues are $650.00 billed semi-annual, Facilities Maintenance Fund $50.00 billed semi-annually.
How To Join
First, prospective members will accompany a current member to enjoy at least one Club program as well as meet other members. From there, the prospect must then be proposed by a member as well as endorsed by a second member familiar with the prospective applicant.
Next, the current member will provide the prospective member with the membership application (either on paper or online) to fill out. The completed application should then be submitted by the prospective member to the Club Manager, Dawn Elardo, either via email, post, or in-person delivery. The proposer and seconder must also submit brief letters of recommendation.
Following the reception and acknowledgement of all required forms by the Club Manager, the Board and Membership Committee Co-Chairs shall review the prospective member’s application. Following approval, the Club secretary is then authorized to send a letter of invitation to the prospective member.
The new member then responds with her letter of acceptance to the Club Manager, who notifies the Membership co-chairs. Appropriate new member information is sent by the Club Manager and by the Membership committee to the new member to assist with their initiation.
